4. What is your order processing time? All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-7 business days (Monday - Friday). During peak seasons or for high-demand products, processing times may extend slightly.

5. What are the estimated delivery times? Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically:

•United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 15-30 business days

•Most Other International Countries: 20-45 business days Please note these are estimates, and unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to factors like customs procedures or national holidays.

6. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active within 3-7 business days. You can use this number to track your order's journey directly on the carrier's website or through our dedicated Order Tracking Page (link to your order tracking page).

7. What if my shipping address is incorrect? Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

9. What is your return policy? You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact. For hygiene reasons, beauty and skincare products are only eligible for return if unopened and unused with unbroken hygiene seals.

10. Are there any items not eligible for return? Yes, used, opened, or tampered beauty and skincare products, gift cards, and clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival) are not eligible for return.

11. How do I initiate a return? To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team within the 14-day window at Contact@lylamor.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and clear photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged.

12. Who covers the return shipping costs? Lylamor will cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For

"change of mind" or other non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that return shipping to our international suppliers can be expensive and may involve customs declarations. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

13. How long does it take to process a refund? Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
