Return and Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction important to us at Lylamor,  We want you to feel confident and happy with every beauty care, jewelry, and fashion accessory purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Our 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, and due to the nature of certain products, beauty care and skincare products are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and their original hygiene seals are unbroken. We cannot accept returns of used or opened beauty/skincare items.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used, opened, or tampered beauty and skincare products (due to hygiene concerns).
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

3. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team within the 14-day window at Contact@lylamor.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, defective, changed mind)
  • Clear photo(s) or video(s) if the item is defective or damaged

Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address. Please do not send your item back to the original sender address without prior authorization, as this may delay or prevent your refund.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Lylamor will cover the cost of return shipping. We may ask for photographic evidence to verify the issue.
  • For "change of mind" or other non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware that return shipping to our international suppliers, primarily located in China, can be expensive and may involve customs declarations. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos or videos of the damage. We will work swiftly to replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference, without the need for a return in some cases.
