§  For beauty, skincare, and personal care items, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused, due to hygiene and safety standards.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

§  Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care products.

§  Gift cards or digital vouchers.

§  Clearance or final sale items (unless defective/damaged).

3. How to Request a Return

§  Your order number.

§  The item(s) you wish to return.

§  Reason for the return.

§  Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide instructions and the correct return address for your order. Do not return items to the sender address on the package without authorization, as this may cause delays.

4. Return Shipping

§  If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

§  If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping

5. Refunds

§  Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

§  If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

§  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, videos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

Each product may ship directly from the seller, and processing/return instructions may vary slightly depending on the supplier.
